   Roof, drainage, heating, water, electricity, insulation, retaining walls, and unfinished rooms can change the real purchase cost. Compare renovated and unrenovated stock separately, then keep a contingency for inspection findings.

   Verify the live source before making contact

   Open the original advertisement and confirm price, update date, plot size, building size, images, and contact details. A cheap rural listing is not a comparable until the location and basic property facts hold up.
